Trade Expo Indonesia is the biggest and most leading trade show in Indonesia. It is hosted by the Ministry of Trade Republic Indonesia, drawing the participation of various government institutions and the private sector.
Trade Expo Indonesia provides a platform to showcase Indonesia’s best products to serve the international market, which reflects the wealth of Indonesia’s natural resources, innovation, creativity, and culture. It is the utmost effective platform to bring together Indonesia’s leading producers, international buyers as well as investors. Trade Expo International is designed to boost export product growth and export market expansion.
Javara has been participating in Trade Expo Indonesia continuously since 2013, and has been the recipient of its Primaniyarta Award in 2016, 2018 & 2019 in the category of The Pioneer of the New Market. Primaniyarta is an award granted by the Ministry of Trade in conjunction with Trade Expo Indonesia to recognize top performing exporters.
The global pandemic definitely has changed the format of how trade shows are being carried out around the world, and Trade Expo Indonesia is without exclusion. This year, Trade Expo Indonesia will be held on 10 – 16 November 2020, with the opening hours from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Using the theme of “Sustainable Trade in The Digital Era”, Trade Expo Indonesia 2020 will be showcasing exhibitors and their products through a virtual exhibition platform.
Continuing our tradition of participating at Trade Expo Indonesia, our Javara’s booth can be found virtually at Hall 8, Booth B 34. As the Primaniyarta 2019 Award recipient, we have the privilege of having a complimentary booth at Hall 5, Booth D 5-4. As in any regular trade show, visitors will find our product displays, product catalogue, company’s information as well as our sales staff attending the visitors need and inquiry. Bali Artisan Salt
Bali Artisan Salt collection celebrates and preserves traditional heritage in salt making in various regions in Bali. We featured artisanal salt originated from Amed, Kusamba and Pemuteran. They are hand-harvested by Bali salt artisans that require meticulous process. Amed Salt is signified by the uses of mud to help create the brines, while the Kusamba salt uses the volcanic sand to help the evaporation process, before both brines are then sun dried on top of coconut logs. The Pemuteran Salt Collection combines Balinese centuries old salt-making tradition with modern use of solar house technology to control the quality and mitigate unpredictable rainy seasons. The production of the salt undergoes several filtration processes to ensure clean outcomes that qualify it as premium salt.

Emping Melinjo (Raw)
Emping Melinjo is an Indonesian authentic chips made from Gnetum gnemon seeds. The tree itself can be found across Indonesia, however the tradition of making chips out of the seeds is a tradition found in Java and Sumatra. The seeds are roasted, de-shelled, flattened manually using stone, and sun-dried, resulting in raw chips, ready to be deep fried. Emping Melinjo chips has an umami taste with subtle bitter aftertaste, and yet it is very addictive.

Our Bee Whisperer Pure Raw Honey Collection is produced by wild bees that collect nectar from single blossom trees or fruits that are in season. Sialang – Raw Forest Wild Pure Honey
Sialang Raw Forest Wild Pure Honey is extracted from the beehives of Sialang Tree (Koompassia excelsa), an endemic tree of Bukit Tiga Puluh forest landscape in Sumatra. To showcase the traceability of this honey, through Partnerships for Forest, we proudly use geo tags on each of the collected Sialang trees and translate them into QR code put on the honey label. This approach allows us to enable consumers to trace the source of the honey. To ensure the honey enzymes and all its goodness kept intact, the post harvest processing does not involve any heating process.
