Darwin Cyril Noerhadi is an expert in corporate finance and investment who has been at the helm of 5 different companies including former President Directors of PT Bursa Efek Jakarta and PT Kliring Deposit Efek Indonesia, Chairman of PT Mandiri Sekuritas, Finance Director of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk., and Partner in corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia. He is currently a Member of Indonesia’s Sovereign Wealth Fund’s Supervisory Board and Commissioner and Management Advisor of various reputable corporations including PT Creador and PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya.
Helianti Hilman has over 26 years of experience as a creative based entrepreneur, intellectual property lawyer, as well as multidisciplinary and cross country consultant for rural development. She has been working on projects run by World Bank, UNDP, UNEP, SECO and many other development agencies. Being inspired by Indonesia’s wealth on food biodiversity, indigenous wisdom and spiritualism as well as driven by her passion in cooking, traveling, gardening and creating social impact, in 2008, Ms. Hilman left her work as a consultant and founded PT Kampung Kearifan Indonesia, known also as JAVARA.
Helianti graduated Cum Laude from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, majoring in International Laws and obtained Master of Laws on Intellectual Property Rights at Kings College, University of London. She also graduated from Harvard Kennedy School – Executive Program.
Through her leadership, Javara builds supply chain, works with smallholder farmers and food producers, nurtures rural entrepreneurs and creates wide range of fine organic food products of rural Indonesia to serve domestic and export market. Calling herself as the “artist” within the company, Helianti has the combination of creativity in developing winning and impactful food products with stories as well as in scouting, nurturing and maintaining in-depth relationship with rural development stakeholders. In addition to her role as Executive Chairperson, she continues serving as the Chief of Business & Partnership Development. Helianti has received numerous prestigious awards, including EY Indonesia’s Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2013; Schwab Foundation Social Entrepreneur 2015 and Forbes Indonesia 2014 The Inspiring Women Honor Roll. As a result of her work, Javara received Top 10 Asia 2016 Indonesia’s Top Social Enterprise, Primaniyarta Awards and recently Metro TV Best Socio Enterprise of The Year 2022. Helianti is globally recognized as a notable expert and resource person on the area of food biodiversity commercialization and rural entrepreneurship. Her work has been profiled by many media, including Guardian UK (2015), Channel News Asia (2017), The Bangkok Post (2018) and DW TV Germany.

Heveati Hilman has over 30 years of experience in Management, Business Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining PT Kampung Kearifan Indonesia, she served as the Director of the Jakarta Institute of Finance for over 16 years, providing consultancy and giving lectures in the areas of management, business ethics & service excellence. In the past, she has taken up management positions in various companies. Her knowledge and experience in business planning & analysis, combined with her prudence enable her to share the required insights for Javara's current and future endeavors. Heveati completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Monash University, Australia and her Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management at Virginia Tech, U.S.A.
Fajar Anugerah has more than 20 years of experience as a learning process designer and facilitator, helping organizations and individuals learn about business model, leadership, project management and social entrepreneurship. He has also more than 10 years of experience in collaborative problem solving and project management work, using various tools, including Business Model Generation and Customer Validation. Currently, he is the Head of Business Development at Terratai and recently appointed as a Commissioner at PT Kampung Kearifan Indonesia. His experiences in business development, project management, customer relationship management and social entrepreneurship will contribute significantly to PT Kampung Kearifan Indonesia’s current and future undertakings. Fajar completed his Master’s degree in Human Rights from University of Essex in the UK and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjajaran-Bandung.

Erwin Z. Achir has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology, Sales and Business Management. Prior to joining PT Kampung Kearifan Indonesia, he served as the President Director of PT TDATA Indonesia, a full subsidiary of Teradata Corporation which is based in the U.S. His leadership, combined with his perseverance and strong corporate network, have led the company to become one of the leading data warehouse and analytics businesses in Indonesia. Erwin had also taken up several top management position at Hewlett Packard Indonesia, which include Director of Software and Solution; Director of Financial Services Industry, Manufacturing and Distribution Industry; Director of Financial Services Industry at Hewlett Packard South East Asia and Director of Enterprise and Public Sector Sales. In 1998 to 2002, he served as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Compaq Computer Indonesia and in 1995 to 1998, he worked for PT Astra Graphia Information Technology Group, where he also assumed the position of Managing Director of Myanmar Astra Graphia. His career in the IT Industry began in 1982 when he joined Soedarpo Corporation, as a System Analyst and was assigned to Japan for ITOCHU Project. His long years of service had earned him numerous awards, which include Winner Circle Worldwide Top Sales Performance from Teradata Corporation; Aspire Circle Top Sales Performance from Hewlett Packard Corporation; Gold Quest Worldwide Top Sales Performance and Pinnacle Award Asia Pacific Japan Top Sales Performance from Compaq Corporation; Digital 100 Top Sales Performance from Digital Equipment Corporation; and Outstanding Contribution Award Top Sales Performance from Information Builders. Erwin Achir completed his undergraduate degree in Economics from Pancasila University.
Mrs. Yerti has more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Internal Audit. Prior to joining Javara, she served as the Corporate Branch Head of the Olympic Group across Java and Sumatra. She began her career in sales and data marketing at PT Eurindo Combined. At Javara, she is responsible for Finance & Accounting Department, as well as Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Her perseverance and integrity are certainly valuable as the company embarks on the business transformation process.
Prior to joining Javara in 2018, Ms. Suhita has a 25 years experience with multinational companies in both consumer and industrial markets including Unilever, Mead Johnson, Indofood and Holcim Indonesia. Her expertise includes business development, strategic alliance development, start-ups, internal resources and systems enhancements for new market entry and market development. In her previous work Ms. Suhita brings experience and knowledge in the science of building brands in the minds of customers. At
Unilever, she spent fourteen years studying consumer behavior including a unique role based with Nippon Lever in Japan, looking after the Asia Pacific region in the household care category. While in Indofood she was in charge to establish a central marketing, communication and product development team, requiring cross-category approach to manage the whole portfolio. At Javara, she is currently responsible for International Sales, Marketing and Innovation. Ms. Suhita was a trained vet, graduated from Airlangga University – Surabaya. She also received MBA degree from IPMI Indonesia/Monash University Australia.

Prior to joining Javara in 2022, Mr. Yohanes has a long experience in multinational companies. Spending 17 years in Unilever Indonesia, both in general trade and modern trade channel, sales operation and trade marketing. Subsequently, he spent 3 (three) years in Danone Dairy, handling modern trade channel and sales development, where he specialized in increasing massive distribution of RTD milk. Other sales experience was in an ice cream company, Green Asia Foods Indonesia, the subsidiary of YILI China. Mr. Yohanes had also taken up the position of General Manager in a leading national distributor, PT Unirama Duta Niaga. He spent 8 (eight) years in developing the distribution points in Java and Bali with 46 warehouses and sales operations as well as managing more than 2 (two) thousand employees. Currently, as Chief Sales Officer at Javara, Mr. Yohanes is responsible for all domestic sales channels (Modern Retail Outlets, HORECA, Resellers, and Online).
