We believe that Indonesia has one of the most vibrant and colorful culinary heritage in the world, full of intense flavours. Many cultural food recipes have dated back centuries ago, and have been prepared throughout generations. Unfortunately, with the current trend in global food cultures, many of the traditional recipes have been slowly becoming unpopular. It then becomes one of our mission to revive these traditional recipes and present it to the modern world.

With more than 10,000 islands and countless ethnic groups, Indonesia possess a wide array of traditional food recipes, making it a heaven for the culinary adventurers.

HOW OUR COCONUT JAM WAS BORN
Inspired by old traditional recipes of the rural Javanese delicacy, coconut milk obtained from the finest selection of coconut is mixed and cooked together with the sweetness of our organic coconut sugar from Central Java to obtain a consistent blend. The result is then processed without preservatives nor any artificial food additives, and this is how the Javara coconut jam was born. This product exemplifies our mission to keep alive Indonesia’s culinary heritage, in order to provide a sustainable livelihood for smallholder coconut farmers in Indonesia.

Produced in accordance to food safety and organic international standard (certified), we also help to ensure the best quality product throughout the whole supply chain, from farmers to consumers. More than just a delicious, this product represent our desire to keep traditional culinary heritage alive and inspire the young generations to keep innovating.

Made into a retail product of global standard, our Javara Organic Coconut Jam represents our pride for Indonesian traditional cuisines, presented to you from the Java island of Indonesia.
