
This time, we are going to create a fresh salad named Carrot Noodle Salad. Beside it was a refreshing meal, it’s also a healthy salad!

Ingredients :
1/2 pack Javara Gourmet Noodle : Carrot Noodle (you also can use different flavour!)
500 ml Water
Pan-Fry Chicken Fillet Ingredients
100 gr Chicken Fillet
1/4 tsp Javara Pemuteran Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Javara White Pepper
2 tsp Javara Nypah Blossom Nectar Sauce
1 tsp Javara Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Javara Coconut Cooking Oil (CCO)
Salad Dressing Ingredients
2 tsp Javara Chili Oil
1/2 tsp Javara garlic powder
1 tsp Javara Sialang Honey
1 tbsp Javara Arenga Vinegar
1/4 tsp Javara Pemuteran Sea Salt
Salad Veggies
1 handheld Lettuce
1 pc Carrot
1 pc Cucumber
1 handheld Red Cabbage
Steps :
- Soak Javara Carrot Noodle in room temperature drinking water for 14 minutes.
- Marinate Chicken Fillet with Javara Pemuteran Sea Salt, along with ¼ tsp of Javara White Pepper, 2 tsp of Javara Nypah Blossom Nectar Sauce and 1 tsp of Garlic Powder. Mix well.
- Heat 1 tbsp of Javara CCO and pan-fry the marinated chicken all the way through.
- Drain the soaked noodle.
- For the dressing, add 2 tsp of Javara Chili Oil, ½ tsp of Javara Garlic Powder, 1 tsp of Javara Sialang Honey, 1 tbsp of Javara Arenga Vinegar, 1 tsp of Javara VCO, dan Pemuteran Se Salt for taste. Mix well.
- Prepare the chicken and veggies by cutting them into preferred size, and add noodle, chicken, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, and red cabbage into the serving plate
- Drizzle with the dressing, and mix well.
- Carrot Noodle Salad by Javara is ready to be served!
