
Cold weather calls for warm and comforting food, and Chinese hot pot is to the rescue! This delicious iconic meal is perfect to accompany any communal feast. It is usually served on the table with a pot of boiling broth as well as a variety of food items to complement. It is super easy to cook and you can adjust the food items based on your preference.

The attractive rainbow colors come from the noodle’s 20% mix veggies content. With this following recipe, make your own Chinese hot pot at the comfort of your home!
Ingredients:
Broth
- 1,5 l Seafood Broth
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 clove Onion
- 1 tsp Javara Coconut Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp Javara Arenga Coconut Aminos
- ½ tsp White Pepper
- 2 tsp Javara Pemuteran Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Food Items
- 200 gr Javara Gourmet Noodle
- 15 pcs Fresh Prawns
- 3 pcs Tube Squids
- 10 slices Meat
- 2 bunches Bok Choy
- 3 leaves Chinese Cabbage
- 6 pcs Champignon Mushrooms
- 1 bunch Enoki Mushrooms
- Green Onion, According to Your Preference
Direction:
- Wash and rinse vegetables, cut according to your preference. Prepare other food items too.
- Finely chop the garlic and sauté with Coconut Cooking Oil until fragrant.
- Cook 1.5 liters of seafood stock and add chopped onions.
- Before the broth boils, add sauteed garlic and other seasonings (Javara Arenga Coconut Aminos, salt, pepper, and sugar). Stir well.
- After the broth boils, adjust the taste to make it more savory. Then, add all the food items.
- Cook for a while, sprinkle with sliced green onions. Ready to serve.
