Ingredients:

100g Soun Pati Ganyong
5 cloves Shallot
3 cloves Garlic
4 pcs Chili
6 pcs Keffir Lime Leaves

Method:

1. Soak Soun Pati Ganyong with hot water until cooked
2. Drain Soun Pati Ganyong
3. Chop Shallot, Garlic, Chili
4. Heat Coconut Cooking Oil
5. Cook all spices with Soun Pati Ganyong
6. Present with thinly sliced Keffir Lime Leaves
7. Serve
