Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup Gluten Free Flour
1 tbs Baking Powder
½ tsp Fine Grain Salt
3 pcs Eggs (Separated)
1 ¾ cup Coconut Milk
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
8 tbs Coconut Cooking Oil
Method:
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Add all wet ingredients and mix evenly
3. Beat Eggs Whites until stiff and fold into batter
4. Cook using a waffle pan
5. Serve with Coconut Jam
