5 cloves Shallot
3 cloves Garlic
1 pinch Shrimp Paste
200g Baked Shredded Coconut


1. Thinly slice Banana Bud
2. Boil and drain Banana Bud
3. Heat Coconut Cooking and Garlic
4. Chop Shallot and Garlic
5. Deep fry Shallot, Garlic, Shrimp Paste and Shredded Coconut
6. Put together Banana Bud and all ingredients
7. Serve warm
