
If you’re looking for some dessert in the afternoon, dessert box is one of the best dessert option! Instead of searching for dessert box on store, let’s make it! This time, Javara will share Banana Salted Caramel Dessert Box’s recipe.

Ingredients
Cream:
½ pod Javara Vanilla seeds
150 grams Coconut Cream
1 tbsp Javara Organic Arenga Sugar
Caramel Sauce:
½ pod Javara Vanilla Beans
75 grams Javara Organic Arenga Sugar
50 grams Coconut Cream
1 tsp Javara Pemuteran sea salt
1 tbsp Javara Organic Virgin Coconut Oil ( VCO)
Dessert Box Base:
2 pcs Ripe Banana
1 pack Javara Conservation Coffee (choose single origin as prefered)
200 ml Water
10 pcs Javara Coconut Biscotti tin package
Note: If you use Vegan Coconut Biscotti, use 20 pcs instead because the size is 1/2 of the tin package.
Steps :
Cream :
1. Cut Vanilla Bean in half & scrape down the seeds from the pod.
2. Add the vanilla seeds and 1 tsp of Javara Arenga Sugar to 150grams of chilled coconut cream.
3. Whip using an electric mixer until the texture reach stiff peak.
4. Cover it using plastic wrap and chill.
TIPS : don’t discard the leftover scraping vanilla bean. It can be stored inside the sugar container to get the vanilla aroma in the sugar.
Caramel Sauce :
1. Put 75grams of Javara Arenga Sugar into pan and cook in low heat with 1tbsp of water.
2. Cook and stir until it slightly thicken.
3. Turn off the heat and add 50 grams of coconut cream.
4. Add the remaining vanilla pod.
5. Turn the heat back on low and stir until everything comes together.
6. Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp of Javara Virgin Coconut Oil and 1 tsp of Javara Pemuteran Sea Salt.
7. Mix well.
Crumbs Base:
1. Get 1 pack of Javara Conservation Coffee and brew with 200ml of boiling water.
2. Soak 5 pcs of Javara Indonesia Sagon Cookies in the coffee and place it in the bottom of the dessert box jar/box.
Arranging the Dessert Box:
1. After the Crumbs base, layer with sliced banana as the second layer.
2. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top of it.
3. Put the cream inside a piping bag and cover the layer with cream.
4. Repeat the process until the dessert box is full.
5. Chill it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours to let it set.
6. Top with crumbs of Coconut Biscotti and drizzle it with the Caramel Sauce.
7. Enjoy the Banana Salted Caramel Dessert Box!
