This mouth-watering dish is one of the last minutes Christmas recipes that is super easy to make. Our Glaze Baby Mushroom is a healthy Christmas dish that tastes super good as it is complimented with secret ingredients, speculaas and coconut sugar!
Ingredients:
- 250g baby chestnut mushroom or replace with button mushroom
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ – 1 teaspoon speculaas
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Direction:
- Clean the mushroom with kitchen towel or mushroom brush. Don’t wash the mushroom.
- Heat a frying pan in medium heat and add the coconut oil and add all the mushroom.
- Cook in slow-medium heat for around 20-25 minutes or until the mushroom soften and glossy. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add the coconut sugar and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1-2 tablespoons water to have more glossy looks. Ready to serve.
