– Organic Red Rice
– Organic Black Rice
– Organic Brown Rice
– Rice Vinegar
– Coconut Cooking Oil
– Coconut Sugar
– Bali Artisan Salt
– Mix Peppercorn
– Coconut Chips
Preparation Method:
SALAD
1. Soak Javara Organic Black, Brown & Red Rice separately for 30 minutes
2. Cook them al-dente, drained
3. Mix with chopped cucumber, tomato and coriander leaves
4. Keep in refrigerator while preparing the salad dressing
SALAD DRESSING
Prepare the dressing that combines:
1/4 cup of red rice vinegar
1/4 cup of Javara organic virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon of Javara organic coconut blossom sugar
1 tablespoon of mustard paste
1 teaspoon of Javara Bali Pure Sea Salt
