Dry Ingredients:
308g Javara Gluten Free Bread Flour
1 pack Instant yeast (11g)
Wet Ingredients:
220ml Water
2 pcs Eggs
2 tbsp Lemon juice/apple cider
20g Javara Coconut Cooking Oil Non Aroma
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl and whisk slowly.
3. Add wet mix ingredients to dry mix bowl and then beat for 5 to 6 minutes at medium speed.
4. Using a spatula, scrape the bread mixture into loaf pan (21 x 11 x 5 cm).
5. Cover the pan with damp towel. Set it in warm place and let it rise for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 180℃.
7. Bake for approx. 35 – 45 minutes until turn to golden brown.
