- 100 gr Sweet Potato Flour
- 80 gr Javara Gluten Free Flour
- 2 gr Salt
- 1 gr Baking Powder
- 1 gr Baking Soda
- 100 gr CCO
- 150 gr Coconut Sugar
- 1 pcs Egg
- Garnish
- Turmeric Salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven into 175 C.
2. Combine Sweet Potato Flour, Javara Gluten Free Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and 50 gr of Coconut Sugar.
3. On a separate bowl wisk one egg, CCO and 100 gr of Sugar.
4. Sift the flour mixture to the egg and oil mixture. Mix and fold well.
5. Turn the mixture into 2 cm balls, garnish with Tumeric Salt and attach into roasting tray.
6. Put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes.
7. Take it out and let it rest for 5 minutes until cooled down.
