• 1 whole Organic Chicken
        • 20 gr Javara Dried Sambal Andaliman
        • Half stick Organic butter
        • To taste Javara Pemuteran Sea Salt
        • 2 stalks Lemongrass
        • 1 pc(s) Lemon


    1. Place the butter at room temperature, and mix together in a bowl with the dried sambal andaliman and salt to taste.
  • 2. Make a gap between the skin and the flesh of the chicken, and rub the butter mixture all over, between the gap of the skin, and inside the cavities.
    3. Tie the lemongrass, and cut the lemon into two. Squeeze the juice all over the chicken, and put the squeezed lemon and lemongrass inside the chicken’s cavity.
    4. Roast for 180 degree Celcius for about 45 mins – 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 72 degree Celcius.
    5. Baste the chicken with the leftover butter mixture every 10 minutes to prevent the skin from drying.
