With Coconut Jam Spread

Pancake Batter


    • 500 gr Javara Gluten Free Flour Multi Purpose
    • 250 gr Plain Yoghurt
    • 250 ml Milk (Dairy/Nut Milk/Coconut Milk)
    • 80 gr Javara Organic Coconut Sugar
    • 3 egg yolks
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tbsp Javara Organic Coconut Cooking Oil
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    • 1/4 tsp Speculaas Powder
    • A pinch of Bali Pure Sea Salt

Preparation Method

1. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and coconut sugar and add in the milk and yoghurt.
3. Slowly whisk the wet and dry ingredients together until smooth.
4. Heat coconut oil in pan, put heat to high, and put a ladleful of pancake mix into the pan, and when the batter stops widening, lower down the heat and let it cook until broken bubbles appear on top, then flip the pancake and wait until it cooks all the way through.
5. Serve with Organic Coconut Jam, sprinkle with Coconut Chips and other preferred garnishing such as nuts and fruits.
