Ingredients
- 100 gr @javaraindonesia Coconut Cooking Oil
- 75 gr Dark Chocolate Couveture
- 100 gr @javaraindonesia Coconut Sugar
- 20 gr Water
- 2 eggs
- 50 gr Banana Flour
- 50 gr Rice Flour
- 15 gr Cocoa Powder
- 20 gr Cashew, roasted and chopped
Directions
- Melt the dark chocolate with oil, sugar and water
- Once the chocolate mixture cooled down, insert the eggs one by one
- Insert all the remaining ingredients, but save some of the cashew for topping
- Pour the batter in a 30x10cm brownie pan, scatter the topping
- Bake in a 175ºC degree preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes
