Ingredients
- 100 gr Butter (room temperature)
- 90 gr Javara vanilla coconut sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Bananas, mashed
- 50 gr Milk
- 30 gr Almond nuts(or any nuts preffered)
Dry Ingredients (sift together)
- 20 gr Cornstarch
- 150 gr All purpose flour
- 5 gr Javara Spekulas Powder
Directions
- Cream the butter with coconut sugar until pale white
- Insert the eggs to the mixture one by one until well combined
- Insert the dry ingredients in 3 addition to the batter alternating with 2 addition of mashed banana+milk mixture
- Insert the almonds, save some for topping
- Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan, scatter the remaining almonds
- Bake the cake in 180°C oven(preheated) for approximately 30 minutes
