- Coconut Cooking Oil
- Bali Shallot & Chives Salt
Preparation Method
SATAY GRILL
1. Cut beef/lamb/chicken meat into cubes.
2. Make marinade mix: Kecap Manis, Coconut Oil, Shallot & Chives Salt.
3. Marinade the meat cubes with marinade mix 10-15 minutes.
4. Put meat cubes into skewers.
5. Grill to perfection, as preferred.
SATAY CONDIMENT SAUCE
1. Dices tomato.
2. Slice thinly shallots and chilies (as preferred).
3. Add tomato, shallots and chilies to a cup of Kecap Manis Sauce.
4. Add lime juice.
Serve over the bed of organic rice.
