Preparation Method

NOODLE
1. Soak noodle in the hot boiling water until well cooked, drain well.
2. Heat coconut cooking oil in wok.
3. Add the Salsa Seasoning, saute briefly.
4. Add the noodle and stir well.
5. Season with salt and mix peppercorn.
6. Garnish with Kefir Lime Leaves/Basil and other garnishing preference.

SALSA SEASONING
Mix sliced cherry tomato, slices shallots, sliced garlic, sliced chili, sliced kefir lime leaves, lime juice, coconut cooking oil, salt and pepper.
