Ingredients

  • Layer Crepes
  • 200 ml Water
  • 100 gr Sago Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt

Directions

Filling ;

  • 1/2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 400 gr tuna flakes
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 50 ml water
  • coconut cooking oil

Bechamel Sauce

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 25 gr sago flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Topping

  • 100 gr Mozarella Cheese, slice

 

Note : You can change the sardines filling with bolognese sauce.
