Javara Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is produced naturally from the fresh coconut meat using centrifuge action and without any chemical substances for refining, bleaching and deodorizing (RBD). Such process creates pure crystal clear oil without rancidity. Only coconut from island’s age-old indigenous coconut tree is being used for this premium oil. This oil has a high melting point (above 24˚C) and below such temperature it solidifies into a pure white solid. It can be consumed directly or used for salad oil and baking (as substitute to butter and margarine).
