Description
Kusamba Pure Sea Salt is an artisan salt that are created from Balinese centuries-old salt making traditions. It started with the evaporation of unspoiled sea water in the beds of black volcanic sands to create pure distilled brines which then crystallized inside vessels made from coconut tree logs. The salt crystal formed on the brine surface is patiently hand-harvested. The salt is then being dried in solar houses, cleaned, and sorted to result the pure sea salt.
