380g Javara Coconut Sugar
500g Javara Gluten-Free Multi Purpose Flour
110g Javara Coconut Cooking Oil Non Aroma
15g Javara Amed Sea Salt
5g Baking Soda
20g Vanilla Bean
2 pcs Egg Yolk
300g Javara Cacao Nibs Sweet


1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Javara Coconut Sugar, Javara Coconut Cooking Oil Non Aroma, Javara Amed Salt, and baking soda. Mix on high-speed until it has the consistency of whipped butter.
2. Add vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.
3. Add egg yolks, mix on high-speed to emulsify.
4. Mixed Javara Cacao Nibs Sweet and Javara Gluten-Free Flour Multipurpose Flour until totally incorporated.
5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop balls of cookies onto the parchment paper. Chill about an hour in the refrigerator.
6. Bake the cookies in a 350℉ / 177℃ oven for 15 minutes.
7. Let cookies rest and enjoy.
