      • Dehydrated Blue Pea Flower Tisane
      • Dehydrated Lemongrass
      • Simple syrup made from coconut nectar or sorghum juice

Preparation Method

1. In a boiling pan, brew Blue Pea Flower in hot boiling water with lemongrass. Use 1 gram (40 pcs) of flower and 2 (pounded) stalks of lemongrass for every 1 liter of water.
2. Let it cool.
3. Add soda water as preferred.
4. Add squeezed lime/lemon juice as preferred.
5. For sweet preferences, either add simple syrup or lime gelato.
