Coconut trees can be productive for sugar making up to 50 years, making it one of the world most sus- tainable sugar source. It requires special artisanal skill to tap the coconut blossom nectar, which not all regions with coco- nut trees can master. Our coconut sugar comes from Central Java (Banyumas, Purbalingga, Cilacap and surrounding), which considered as the capital of coconut sugar in Indonesia. We combined the tradisional hand-cooked method and modern process in sorting and drying, to ensure we can deliver the best in terms of flavor, quality and food safety stand- ards.
